Exporting as PDF doesn't set crop box correctly #2672

When exporting a map as PDF, if that PDF file is pulled into Inkscape, all the vector elements are displayed. The crop, or media, box is not honored.

If I pull the original PDF file into Apple Preview, and resave as PDF, then pull into Inkscape, the correct crop box is honored.

Inkscape has not been updated on my system, so am assuming that the way TileMill is exporting the PDF is not correctly setting the crop boundary box.
