Describe the bug Get rid of the following warnings when the mocha tests are run:

Note: Unknown option "package".
Note: Unknown option "opts".
Note: Unknown option "diff".
Note: Unknown option "extension".
Note: Unknown option "reporter".
Note: Unknown option "slow".
Note: Unknown option "ui".
Note: Unknown option "host" in config file.

Environment: (Note: We are not setup to test on Linux or Windows so help may be slower on those OSs)

MacOS Mojave
Node lts/carbon

To Reproduce npm test

Expected behavior No irritating warnings.

Installation Method Included installation scripts.
