Render all waterways area as riverbank ? #46

Areas tagged incorrectly are not rendered as navigable. Example area 188185752 with tag waterway=canal should be waterway=riverbank

I think it's better to see that they are tagged incorrectly (as soon the incorrectly is founded on real community usage), and then to fix them.
