I'm thinking of reverting this layer, which goal is only to have some way rendered where we have no polygon for a waterway. But we target to have polygons for every navigable waterway, so this layer should be useless. And non having it will make it more clear where the polygons are missing...

Similar problem : pollution of navigable river by waterway network of non navigable river.
