This adds support for pulling tiles out of metatile (created by tilequeue, part of the Tilezen vector tile stack) and tapalcatl2 (created by e.g. marblecutter-landcover) archives to the existing xyz/TMS HTTP fetcher.
In all cases, the individual tiles are extracted from the container format and stored into the given output.
