Additional terrain data sets in The Netherlands #118

As you can see here, the AHN2 dataset covers the whole of The Netherlands, at about 16 points per m2. There are different versions available (different resolutions, with or without buildings, etc.). They are currently also working on the AHN3 which has more recent data. It would be great if this dataset could be included. If needed, I could help (e.g. translate relevant documents).

This would be better data than the 30m EU data in #132.
