Tiles missing internal tiling in v2 #174

In the new version there are some tiles, which are missing internal tiling, e.g.:

With Mapzen effectively shutdown our attention to this issue will be more on a part-time volunteer basis for the time being.

In the meantime, please look at incorporating GDAL into your workflow, which can automatically deal with internal tiling or no-internal tiling for GeoTIFFs.
