Poland 100m #181

Poland at least 100m mesh for every voivodeship provided as points. There are quite accurate so maybe it will be useful to complement other data sources. Downloadable as 16 zip files (text format) for each province with 1st and 2nd columns descripting location and 3rd elevation. http://www.codgik.gov.pl/index.php/darmowe-dane/nmt-100.html

@slachiewicz and @kamilkonowalik thanks for the links to sources! We'd like to do a new build in 2020 and plan to incorporate this then.
