https://hoydedata.no/LaserInnsyn2/ for Norway (maybe not the best link but hopefully you can navigate where you need to) This is sub-10m precision, considering the difference in estimated download size between "source resolution" and "1m" there is probably a considerable amount of sub-1m data. Something like https://hoydedata.no/arcgis/services/NHM_DTM_25833/ImageServer/WMSServer is easy to access, but the source data seems to be available for download in up to 500km^2 tiles.

https://atom.cuzk.cz/ for Czech Republic (there is a ~7GiB GeoTiff which is nice to work with, but for full resolution one would need to download the individual regions, possibly using the "search by extent" option unless there is a way to obtain a non-truncated list of all the regions (the naming convention doesn't seem to guarantee a 1-to-1 correspondence with any external list of administrative units); the list of "search results" is finite, so if extents are used they would need to be small enough to result no more results than the maximum.

I believe I've also seen data for download for Poland, but I've already spent way too much time writing up this issue considering the low probability of a new commit resulting from this writeup.

Also, under "data.kartverket.no Digital terrengmodell" it says "Released by Austria's Kartverket", which is clearly a copy paste error (should be Norway's)
