Glitch on Massachusetts coast #99

Glitch in a few tiles visible with the Heightmapper here, with auto-expose off and max and min elevation settings of 350 and -170 respectively.

I had a look at this and thought it might be a tile generation bug. Re-generated the tiles, but they're the same. This means it's most likely a problem with the underlying data, specifically the bathymetry. Needs more investigation to sort out the source, and why it's not being corrected by (or infilled from) other data.
