Add trove classifier for the library so that caniusepython3 library can correctly detects its python3 compatibility.
The readme says it supports 2.6, 2.7 and 3.5, however there is a merge https://github.com/tilezen/mapbox-vector-tile/commit/54f4d2d266d0c07cb7580ece167eb6caf6500d5a that removed the 2.6 test, so only include 2.7 and 3.5 in the classifiers.
