Oneway rendering is opposite in UK #1202

After the bike map launched we've received feedback that our cycleway left & right and oneway related rendering is opposite (or reversed) in the United Kingdom and other commonwealth countries.

Can we mark roads that "drive on the left" in vector tiles? I think Valhalla does something similar to this for OpenTraffic and related projects.

We added this for roundabouts in the pois layer, but could still do it for roads layer.
