Microsoft released OSM compatible buildings for USA and Canada, let's conflate them into tile build.

We reverse geocoded them using Pelias, lots of nice open data properties in there. States and provinces are available in geojson and geojsonl: https://github.com/heremaps/xyz-documentation/blob/master/docs/microsoft-buildings.md

also available in a space, tagged by street, neighbourhood, postalcode, locality, county, which you can use to filter the data from our API if that help
