dump fail always fail #4

Trying to create the dump file always fail.

Stripper map configs are properly loaded and working. Game: CS:S Sourcemod: 1.11.0.6934 Metamod:Source version 1.11.0-dev+1148 Running on linux

This issue was solved by upgrading MetaMod to : 1167
