This is a draft of next weekly newsletter. Previous Newsletter 5/2016 was sent on June 23rd #33
Hello! This is the XXX weekly newsletter with news in the Nuvola Player project. Weekly newsletters are sent once a week, but only if something important has happened. We don't want to make you bored. This issue deals with XXX stable release updates, new features in Nuvola Player 3.1 and reports for patrons.
All-in-one Nuvola Player Bundles for Ubuntu & Debian
For even easier installation of Nuvola Player, I've created Nuvola Player Bundles for Ubuntu & Debian. The bundle is a single package that bundles the core application as well as integration scripts of streaming services. Upon installation, all components are updated independently via the Nuvola Player Package Repository.
The bundles are designed for new Nuvola Player installation only. If you wish to update your current Nuvola Player installation, use a package manager application to find and install updates.
Soundcloud script 1.2
I released Soundcloud web app script 1.2 on behalf of KiXaM. This release contains following changes:
Script was updated according to the latest web app script template:
Added information about dependencies.
SVG images are optimized with scour and then converted by any of
supported converters to png
(Lasem, librsvg, GraphicsMagick, ImageMagick).
WebKitGTK 2.12.0 or higher is required for proper functionality and
an upgrade request is shown with older versions.
Nuvola Player 3.1 is the current rolling series. New builds are constantly rolling out as new features are being developed. Initial milestone 3.1.0 was forked from release 3.0.0 on December 30th, 2015 and there have been XXX commits since then including XXX new feature visible to users.

Packages for Fedora 24 ready, packages for Fedora 22 discontinued
Packages of Nuvola Player 3.0.x and 3.1.x for Fedora 24 are ready for installation. In addition, instructions on how to install GStreamer MP3 codec have been updated according to the official RPM Fusion documentation.
On the other hand, packages for Fedora 22 are going to be discontinued to decrease maintenance burden. If anybody would like to continue using Nuvola Player in Fedora 22, let me know.

Reports for Patrons
There has been one report for patrons published since the last newsletter:
Nuvola Player in July 2016 - Report for Patrons: Generous patrons contributed €205.33 to support the development of Nuvola Player in July 2016. Thanks to them, I put aside €6 for the Tiliado.eu VPS hosting and spent over 13.8 hours working on seven tasks, which are listed bellow with a few comments, so my reward was €14.44 per hour. However, I didn't count support requests which were dealt with for free.
