It's still working for me. I tried both Amazon UK and Germany today, and all seems well (although I don't have an amazon.de account to try).

That message comes from Amazon, not from Nuvola, so I think the problem was on their end.

fdellwing commented 4 years ago

Yeah, the problem is: In my browser it is working.

Is there any way to clear the cache of the embedded Chrome browser?

fdellwing commented 4 years ago

I tried mv /home/fade/.var/app/eu.tiliado.NuvolaAppAmazonCloudPlayer/data/nuvolaruntime/apps_data/amazon_cloud_player /home/fade/ and restarting the cloud player. It downloaded a new version of chrome but error persisted.

I'm not sure how to do it by moving files, but it can be done from within Nuvola:

  1. Open the app, click the home button (in the title bar).
  2. Go to preferences in the hamburger menu.
  3. Enable the developer tools, and close preferences.
  4. Open the sidebar, in the hamburger menu
  5. Select the "Developer" sidebar mode.
  6. Click "Open dev tools". A new window opens.
  7. Switch to the "Application" tab (you may need to increase the window size to see it).
  8. Delete the cookies and local storage.
  9. Close nuvola and reopen.

Works now again!
