Rename Nuvola Apps Runtime to Nuvola Player #671

Following the deprecation of non-media streaming applications (Google Calendar and Google Keep) in Nuvola 4.17 (#576) and dropping the goal to become a generic web app runtime, we can rename Nuvola back to the original name Nuvola Player.

Remaining tasks:

[x] Merge branch 671-nuvola-player of Nuvola SDK
[x] Release Nuvola 4.19 with the changes.
[x] Rebuild flatpaks
[x] Publish branch 671-nuvola-player of Nuvola website
