Make KDE a Tier 1 desktop environment #729

KDE is currently a Tier 2 desktop - Nuvola Player should work, but our options to provide our users with support in case of problems are limited.

Tier 1 desktops come with detailed integration documentation and we have them installed in GNOME Boxes to test desktop-specific issues if there are any.

Steps:

[ ] Install Kubuntu with KDE in GNOME Boxes
[ ] Install openSUSE with KDE in GNOME Boxes
[ ] Prepare integration documentation

I'm closing this ticket as Nuvola Player has discontinued active development. We are going to provide only integration bug fixes on a best-effort basis until the final End-of-Life on December 31, 2022. I'm sorry that I haven't managed to resolve this ticket in time.
