Translations need commands translated #33

Applies only to indev branch.

English is finished. Everything else needs KIWIII_* translated in r respective Locale/*.lua file

For example, /kiwiii help for spanish is /kiwiii ayuda

Most are translated by me, but ignoring the fact that most might not like it. In that instance any command translation is open to be changed. Might add in a 'english commands' variable.

The deciding factor was adding two commands, the translated one as an alias.
