Most developer documentation has moved to [the Developer Handbook](https://dev.tillitis.se/]. What is left in tillitis-key1 is either not updated or implementation notes or API descriptions of hardware core.
We have decided to move and update the documentation in doc closer to what it documents. For firmware this means the system_description/software.md will move to a README under application_fpga/fw/.
It also needs to be updated to cover both development changes and to current behaviour. Many of the links need to be changed.
