Redo repo structure, splitting tillitis-key1 #247

To easier track and handling of version, split distinct components into different repositories.

TP1 is now splitted from tillitis-key1. New repo here: https://github.com/tillitis/tp1

Both repos are private, when we are OK with them we make them public and remove the contents moved in the tillitis-key1 repo.

Pausing this now, continuing when the repos are OK to go public.
