Break out only the tkey-fido functionality, update to modern Go packages and tkey-libs

Needs tkey-libs branch "from-fw" to build.

Have looked through, but unable to test it. Cannot get the HID device to show up in my VM.. Unsure why..

But in general seems fine to me, guess it is not building since it is using main for tkey-libs.
