Update to tkey-libs v0.0.2 #5

tkey-libs now uses ordinary headers.

Merge after https://github.com/tillitis/tkey-libs/pull/16

Updated to tkey-libs v0.0.2. Still fails CI because of lots of TODO in the code. Please review @dehanj

Cannot test tkey-fido, but can at least make sure the device app starts up properly.
