Declare Athan Services as copyright holder? #206

@greenTara @tillmo Re. https://github.com/tillmo/DOL/issues/165#issuecomment-114135213 as "Athan Services" is declared as a copyright holder in the ontology but not in the specification, should we list them in the specification?
