I.e. they can be deleted.

Till, in branch 354 only one line was deleted, namely the reference to the RDF semantics. I would not delete it, since we are using the RDF(S) semantics in Annex E. So instead of removing the reference, it would make more sense to add an explicit reference in Annex E. Or keep things as they are.

I just realised that the other deleted references are part of branch 355

branch 355 deletes refs to DCMI Metadata Terms:2012 and OMG Specification Metadata:2014. Should we integrate these deletions?
