weird JIRA DOL-92 markups #367

DOL-92 is about missing parenthesis. On page 60 as far as I can see only whitespace was added. Same is true on page 63. It would probably be best to go systematically through all changes that are marked DOL-92 and check whether there were actually changes (or maybe still some parenthesis are missing).

The patch fixes #350, which also covers missing spaces. Appearantly, DOL-92 only covers a part of #350. How to cover the rest?

I would claim that changes to whitespace does not need to be documented.
