[FEATURE] allow "Recently Opened" dialog to come up again #123

Allow for the recently opened charts to be selected again, perhaps either by implementing a sort of "Close chart" button that just takes you back to the start screen or by adding a dropdown with the recently opened charts as part of the File menu.

I rebinded the open song key to open the initial start screen; hopefully it's worth the extra click.
