Front-End: Add Pagination #1

User Story: As a developer, I would like to create pagination so results are views 20 at a time

Implementation: Look back at previous projects to reference pagination examples.

This might be something I save for another future project because there are only 50 listings total for Sailor Moon. For better user experience for this one, I will table this for another project.
