Every mod this user has made that's an overhaul (so every mod besides Darkend and Stendarr Rising)

Compatibility

Mod is mostly visual enhancements, along with some world items added around shops and such. Been playing with 47 mods installed from this user (JK) that beautifies many locations and there have been no incompatibility issues seen.

Additional Information

Mostly just cosmetic, seems to be fully compatible.

I have almost every JK's mod also and no issues with compatibility either.

Yes it syncs properly if all players are using the mod in the same load order.

Can confirm, on Private Server with 3 individuals, no issues with JK's Skyrim.

Guess I should have posted this in the OP, but yeah.. make sure all players have the same mods installed in general for ST to sync

I know this is kinda crazy but I recently found out that some JK mods like The College Of Winterhold and Palace Of The Kings contribute for your game to crash randomly more often.
