Worked fine for me as a host but my friend recieved an error saying: Error: Failed to start Quest "zzzAoMmq01". The quest though can be continued.
According to my testing some creatures like drunk dremora and vampire prostitute didn't sync with my friend at all, though the guy with Eye of madness synced well enough.
Radiant quests point players at different destinations.
Unslaad produces the error as well.
Additional Information
Unslaad also makes your game on average less stable by contributing to random crashes according to my recent tests. But honestly the tests were quite vague.
