Works quite fine, summoned NPCs sync well even with vanilla players and interact well with them.
The only problem is that some npcs sometimes are not avaliable to summon for some reason but that's not a huge problem.
Quite a cool mod if you wanna have an NPC group assisting you and your comrades in battle(Though only against criminals) without actually cheating, should work flawlessly in combination with sidequests of skyrim.
Additional Information
If an NPC which is currently hosted by other player gets summoned by you he igonres your commands and vanishes to return back where he was.
