Mod is playable but with some inconvenience kind of issues.
The mod syncs well and stuff, but cutscenes are the things that usually break stuff(And in some sections there are a lot of them).
The second player can't hear cutscene dialogues, and if he wants to hear them, forced to repeat host's actions to activate them(Some cutscenes sync, but they are usually silent though).
The first cutscene near Azura's statue permanently freezes the second player. The issue is avoidable if he saves right before the cutscene, then quickloads and continues via teleportation to the host.
I haven't tested any further, generally I think the mod can be completed.

Wowbagger likes to stop the player during combat with questions of 'What do you want?' kind quite often.
