In terms of the main function (draining stamina rather than health when blocking), it works as it should.
However, the guard break functionality is here and there. I'm fairly certain that it syncs against NPCs but I could not for the life of me get one to hold up block long enough for me to trigger a guard break.

Players can guard break other players, but it is janky. Do not install this mod for PVP purposes. Highly recommended for spicing up co-op with friends.
