Use dedicated GPU #464

It appears that SkyrimTogether is still not 100% using the dedicated GPU and instead switches to the integrated one.

Seems like this was fixed already in #422, can this one be closed?

No it cant be. If you read correctly its just a workaround to force it to use a certain GPU. It should by default use the better GPU like stock skyrim does.
