Game crashes randomly when accessing menus #520

Description

The game crashes into desktop randomly when accessing menus (Inventory most often), crafting screens or favourites menu. The player hosting the game doesn't experience these crashes.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start the game.
  2. Load a saved game
  3. Connect to the server.
  4. Open the inventory or go to craft on one of the workbenches or open up the favorites menu by pressing Q
  5. Game freezes and finally closes to the desktop

To be able to open the inventory, to craft items or use the favourites menu without the game crashing to desktop

Some added info from testing out different solutions:

Removing the Anniversary edition mods, SkyUI and SKSE and running only STR and Address Library did not stop the crashing.

The crashes only happen when connected to a server, both when hosting or joining someone else. Running Skyrim SE on its own or with STR does not cause any crashes.
