`owl` updates #90

Begin work on owl files for TIM testing and flight.

Includes a fix to allow inclinometer status to be updated so it can be displayed in telemetry.

Data shown is from an older April 9 dirfile when I was doing el scans, showing what things look like when two motor controllers are disconnected.

Pointing is preliminary - needs display of higher-level pointing parameters, lock pin/shutter status, RA/Dec, maybe?

Main screen in the middle of cleanup - needs fixing of telemetry variables
