Handling Headings/Carriage Returns #177

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A minor formatting issue. When using the NIV, headers (not part of the original text) are returned with a < br/ > afterwards, as is formatted text. For example:

> 18 - Christ the Wisdom and Power of God<br/>For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
> 19 - For it is written:<br/>“I will destroy the wisdom of the wise;<br/>the intelligence of the intelligent I will frustrate.”

Describe the solution you'd like That the text < br/ > be replaced by an actual carriage return (or even a space, if that's difficult). The option not to bring through non-scripture headings would also be useful.

Describe alternatives you've considered Search and replace, although I'm not sure how to replace < br/ > with a carriage return.
