I've now moved the blepsynth design/test tools to the dsp-research repo. This has two advantages:

clang-tidy and FIXMEs in the code should no longer cause trouble
the utilities can now be built again (they were not compiled here), so they can be used for development

This should be uncontroversial so it can simply be merged.
