Blank page to site.com/index.php and /admin/index.php #153

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install PhUrl
2. Delete install directory
3. restore old database

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Normal use or admin panel, but i see a white page

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
release 2.4.2 on Linux Ubuntu Server 14.04 with Apache last-release

Please provide any additional information below.
I've reinstall it because when i short url, it redirect to 404 page (in my old 
phurl instal)
