The startup time is too long #45

Issue description

What happened? How did it happen? It takes a long time for the server to start the plug-in when using YAML storage
Steps to reproduce the issue

Install plugins and 248kb plots for storage files
Plug-ins take a long time to initialize

Version and Provider

FuturePlots: FuturePlots-2.0.4-SNAPSHOT
Provider: The author

Steps before you create the issue

If you remove all other plugins, does the issue still occur?
Have you ever tried the bug as an OP and as a non-OP player? yes

This problem still exists in the latest version can be found is that the CPU will only use a core full load for loading plugins can you do asynchronous or multi-core related optimization 2
