Meta data improvements

Reviewing the first batch up uploads, we need to make a few tweaks to the meta data:

• Comments should be off
• The video recording date needs to be set
• The video category needs to be be set to "Science and Technology"
• The language should be set to English

These are the channel defaults, but I suspect the API is bypassing them.
