Wandering Minstrel does not let me sort the action cards being returned #458

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play Wandering Minstrel, revealing 2 or 3 action cards
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to choose the order the cards are returned to the deck. Instead, they 
are returned without my choosing. (QuickPlay is disabled)
