add Dark Vigilante

Have Vigilante (villager) and Werewolf Vigilante (werewolf). Could also have Dark Vigilante, who is on the dark side (like the Dark Villager), but not a werewolf. Werewolf.md says:

Dark Villager: ... Fate may or may not give you a crossbow.
