remove unplayed games #29

at the moment, anything people enter in the main start box or add to a URL gets created as a game, even if there are no players or is never started. Can we limit this, or remove old games?

Old games can now be deleted by hand in admin mode. We now require an incantation to create new games, so robots (or casual people) won't be able to create many games.
