Various updates were made to the ICL experiments code and the surrounding devinterp library in this icl branch. This branch is now defunct because the ICL project has been moved to its own repository (https://github.com/timaeus-research/icl).
This PR contains those changes made to the surrounding devinterp code.
There is also one change to the vision models notebook that must have leaked over to this branch.
It should be merged as soon as those new features would otherwise have been merged.
