Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error. Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/**/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/debug-bar-timber/debug-bar-timber.php on line 11

Running 3.7.1

I believe I've identified this to be PHP 5.2 vs PHP 5.3 issue. Your plugins (both this and Timber itself) seem to require 5.3.
