Delete unused branches in timberland-sig/dracut

We have too many branches, this is confusing. I have made timberland_final the default branch on 2023-06-01.

branches to keep

• timberland_final: our main branch, source branch for upstream PR.
• honor-rd.timeout: source branch for #11, keep until merged or rejected

branches to delete, maybe?

• master: do we need it?
• dracut_make_head: @johnmeneghini do we still need this? Can't you just set DRACUT_MAIN_VERSION?
• timberlandmaster_final_v2: similar to dracut_make_head, @johnmeneghini ?
• fixes-202303: source of #5, keep for reference?
• multipath-fix-netroot: source branch of #10, perhaps keep for reference?
• timberland_pr_v1: first version of upstream PR
• timberland_pr_v2: second version of upstream PR, main difference from v1 is "move connect logic to initqueue script", before final nvme-cli syntax

branches to delete

• timberland-059: obsolete, upstream 059
• timberland_final_v4: another upstream clone
• timberland_059: obsolete, timberland code state from February, based on 059
• timberland_final_v2: obsolete, same as timberland_059 but based on upstream master (at that time)
• timberland_final_v3: obsolete, timberland_final minus #10
• timberland_final_v3-mwilck-1: this was the source of #8, which has been merged into timberland_final_v3-mwilck, which has been merged into timberland_final_v3 (#7)
• timberland_final_v4-johnm: same code as to timberland_final_v3, not squashed
• timberlandmaster_final_rebased: obsolete, code stat from Feb, slightly older than timberland_final_v2
