add new media logic broken #111

When I hit enter, the default [y] for "add another image or video" is ignored....

Even if I put "y" is doesn't work.

So it seems the problem is that it asks to regenerate the slideshow after every new piece of media is added, instead of the previous behaviour, which was to only ask after all media was added.

Also, if I say "n" to "Would you like..." it doesn't ask me to regenerate slideshow, which is when it should be asking.
