MPEG4 OMX issue #154

The omxplayer will fail on https://d10ge8y4vx8iud.cloudfront.net/public_media/portfolios/video/2022/11/0001-0030_KJVD1A1.mp4

not sure as to why this is (the rest of this is in comparison to working gifs -> mp4), the codec is the same, the buffer size differs, the chroma location differs, the framerate differs, that is all.
