Fixed the set_flex_schedule per issue #164

TECHNICAL CHANGES:

Added a loop to iterate over the descriptions per schedule and display them (so that the prompt makes sense and provides information as to what the options are to select)
Clarified process of preview then confirmation when selecting schedule
